Privacy Policy 

  

Any private information you provide will never be disclosed to third party interests without your consent. At JRS USA, we value your trust and work to maintain the highest standards of security and confidentiality. 

  

Payment & Shipping

 

All orders must be made over email or phone. 

 

We deliver all orders through the United Parcel Service (UPS), but are flexible with regards to alternative delivery services if a request is made. Shipping and handling costs are determined by the chosen method of delivery and will be included in the final invoice. 

 

Returns 

    

Only defective or damaged merchandise is eligible for return for store credit or exchange. The merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging. All returns must be made within seven days of receipt. This policy excludes customized merchandise and sample orders. 

  

To return an item, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number via email or phone. We will do our best to process your requests in a timely manner. 

  2. Once you have received your Return Authorization Number, please return the defective or damaged merchandise in its original packaging with a copy of the original receipt, sales invoice, reasons for return, and your Return Case Number included. All returns must be sent within seven days of receipt to our office:

Any merchandise shipped for return is the responsibility of the sender (customer) until its receipt has been signed by us. The returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund is processed.
